Upgrade your diesel truck with custom tuning from Coopers Custom Solutions—CCS, delivered through the EZ LYNK cloud platform.

CCS is an Alberta-based diesel tuning and diagnostics company that distributes its tuning through authorized dealers. Its calibrations are designed around usable power, responsive drivability and proper operation rather than excessive-smoke or lope-style tuning.

Whether your truck is used for towing, daily driving, work or competition, the CCS EZ LYNK Support Package gives you access to compatible calibrations selected for your vehicle, operating system and disclosed modifications.

Important: Tune Files Only

This product is an EZ LYNK support package and digital tune files only.

An EZ LYNK AutoAgent is not included. You must already own a compatible EZ LYNK AutoAgent before purchasing this product.

Please provide the following information at checkout:

• Complete 17-digit VIN

The support package is linked to the vehicle using the supplied VIN. Incorrect or incomplete information may delay file delivery.

Cloud-Based Tuning and Diagnostics

EZ LYNK uses a connected cloud platform to link your truck with a registered technician. Compatible tuning profiles and updates can be delivered remotely, eliminating the need to email files, transfer them through memory cards or visit a tuning shop for every adjustment.

The EZ LYNK platform also gives the technician access to supported diagnostic and monitoring functions, including:

• Remote ECU-profile delivery
• Over-the-air calibration updates
• Vehicle data logging
• Data-log playback and graphing
• Diagnostic trouble-code reading and clearing
• Individual parameter monitoring
• Direct technician chat
• Remote troubleshooting assistance

The exact functions available depend on the truck, ECM, operating system and EZ LYNK support for that application.

Choose Your Support Package

CCS 4-Week Lynk Package

The 4-Week Lynk Package provides access to all compatible CCS tuning made available for your vehicle for a four-week period.

During the four-week access window, you can download and install the compatible files supplied through your EZ LYNK account. Once the four weeks have expired, the calibration currently installed in the truck remains installed and operational.

The 4-Week Package is best for customers who:

• Want to install one preferred calibration
• Do not expect to change power levels regularly
• Have a mostly complete and finalized truck setup
• Do not require continuing access to future revisions
• Want the most economical CCS tuning option

After the four-week period expires, additional file changes, new downloads and future updates will require an upgrade to the Lifetime Lynk Package.

CCS Lifetime Lynk Package

The Lifetime Lynk Package provides ongoing access to the compatible CCS files supplied for your truck for the supported life of the vehicle and tuning platform.

Lifetime Lynk includes:

• Ongoing access to compatible CCS tune files
• Unlimited reflashing between available files
• Basic tune revisions
• Applicable calibration updates
• Automatic access to supported file improvements
  
• Technician chat through the EZ LYNK platform
• The ability to reload tuning when required
• Support for future vehicle modifications, when compatible

Lifetime Lynk is recommended for customers who:

• Want to switch between different calibrations
• Plan to change or upgrade truck components
• Want access to future tune revisions
• Want continuing access after a dealership or repair-related reflash
  
• Plan to keep the truck long term

CCS Lifetime Lynk includes unlimited flashes, basic revisions and automatic tune updates.

Available CCS Tuning Options

Available options vary by vehicle, model year, ECM operating system, transmission and installed modifications.

Single-File Power Levels

Single-file tuning allows you to select and install one individual calibration at a time.

Depending on the application, files may include:

• Modified-stock or 0 HP
• Economy
• Light tow
• Heavy tow
• Street
• Performance
• Competition or race
• Custom power levels for modified builds

To change power levels with single-file tuning, the truck must be reflashed through the EZ LYNK app.

Exact horsepower increases are application-specific. Higher power levels may require upgraded fuel-system, turbocharger, transmission or engine components. 

SOTF — Switch on the Fly

SOTF tuning is available on Powerstroke, Cummins & Duramax, Nissan Titan and select other vehicles, please reach out for details. 

Switch-on-the-fly tuning allows the driver to move between multiple power levels without reflashing the ECM each time. This is useful for trucks that regularly alternate between towing, daily driving and performance use.

A compatible physical SOTF switch or application-specific control method may be required. The switch is not included unless specifically selected or listed with the product.

Without the required switch installed, some applications may remain on the lowest available power setting. SOTF compatibility must be confirmed for the truck’s year, ECM and operating system. 

TCM Transmission Tuning

Optional transmission tuning may be available for supported vehicles.

Depending on the transmission and application, TCM tuning may adjust:

• Shift scheduling
• Shift firmness
• Line-pressure strategy
• Torque-converter lockup
• Downshift behavior
• Gear holding
• Torque management
• Power delivery between shifts

TCM tuning is not available for the following trucks
Nissan Titan
Colorado/Canyon
Jeep/Ram 1500

Specialty and Idle-Sound Files

Application-specific specialty files may include:

• Hiss idle
• Rumble idle
• High-idle or limiter functions
• Other operating-system-specific features

Why Choose CCS Lifetime Support?

A truck’s calibration requirements can change after installing a turbocharger, fuel-system upgrade, transmission, intake or other supporting modifications.

With Lifetime Lynk, compatible revisions can be delivered through the EZ LYNK cloud without purchasing an entirely new support package each time. This makes Lifetime Lynk the better option for modified trucks, long-term builds and customers who want continued access to the available tuning lineup.

It also gives the customer a way to reload compatible tuning if a dealership or repair facility overwrites the ECM calibration.

Important Flashing Instructions

Always connect a regulated battery charger before programming the truck.

During the flash:

• Keep the charger connected
• Keep the phone or tablet close to the AutoAgent
• Keep the EZ LYNK app open
• Do not unplug the AutoAgent
• Do not open doors or operate accessories
• Do not press the brake pedal unless instructed
• Do not interrupt the installation
• Follow every key-cycle prompt exactly

Low or unstable voltage may interrupt programming and cause communication or recovery problems.

Existing Tuning and Module Changes

Before flashing CCS tuning:

• Return previous handheld or custom tuning to stock unless directed otherwise
• Disclose any prior ECM or TCM programming
• Revert unsupported FORScan, IDS or other module changes to OEM settings
• Confirm all required mechanical work is complete
  

Failure to disclose modifications or previous programming may result in incorrect files, warning messages or improper operation.

Dealership Warning

When taking the truck to a dealership or repair facility, clearly state:

DO NOT FLASH OR REPROGRAM THE ECM OR TCM.

A dealership software update may overwrite the custom calibration or install a new factory operating system that is incompatible with the existing files.

Lifetime Lynk customers can generally request or reload compatible tuning while the application remains supported. Expired 4-Week customers may need to upgrade or purchase additional support.

Digital Product Policy

CCS tuning is a VIN-specific digital product.

Once the vehicle has been linked, files have been issued or calibration work has begun:

• The tuning cannot be transferred to another VIN
• The support package is non-returnable
• The support package is non-refundable
• Changes caused by undisclosed modifications may require an additional revision charge
• Dealership or third-party programming is not covered

Off-Road and Competition Use

Emissions-related tuning is intended only for lawful off-road, closed-course competition, agricultural or non-road applications.

The purchaser is responsible for confirming that the product and its intended use comply with all applicable federal, provincial, state and local laws. Do not install or use emissions-related tuning on a registered road vehicle where prohibited.

Coopers Custom Solutions EZ LYNK support packages provide cloud-delivered custom diesel tuning with available single-file power levels, SOTF, transmission tuning, data logging and direct technician support. Choose the 4-Week Lynk Package for a one-time setup or Lifetime Lynk for unlimited flashing, basic revisions and continuing access to applicable tuning updates. Existing EZ LYNK AutoAgent required; no tuner is included.
