Sasquatch Diesels Custom Tuning for the 2020–2026 Ford Powerstroke
Unlock the performance and drivability of your 2020–2026 Ford 6.7L Powerstroke with custom EZ LYNK tuning developed by Sasquatch Diesels.
These tune files support both High Output and standard-output 6.7L Powerstroke trucks. Multiple power levels and optional specialty calibrations are available, allowing you to select a setup suited to towing, daily driving or maximum-performance applications.
Important: EZ LYNK AutoAgent Not Included
This product includes Sasquatch Diesels tune files only.
You must already own a compatible EZ LYNK AutoAgent. No tuner, AutoAgent, SOTF switch or physical hardware is included unless separately added to your order.

Fitment includes applicable Ford F-250, F-350 and F-450 Super Duty trucks equipped with the standard-output or High Output 6.7L Powerstroke diesel engine.

A conservative calibration intended for customers who want improved drivability while remaining close to factory power.

A stronger performance calibration that delivers a substantial increase in horsepower and torque.

A high-performance calibration designed for experienced diesel owners looking for significantly more power than the towing-oriented files provide.

Level 5: +165 HP
The highest standard power level included in the regular tune lineup.
This aggressive calibration is intended for maximum-performance applications and may exceed the long-term capabilities of factory engine, transmission and driveline components.
It is not recommended for towing.
SOTF — Switch on the Fly
Switch-on-the-fly tuning may be available for compatible trucks.
SOTF allows the driver to change between multiple power levels without reflashing the ECM each time.
SOTF Switch Required
A compatible physical SOTF switch must be installed to use the switchable tune file.
The SOTF switch is not included with this tune-only product unless separately purchased.
Without a switch, you will use individual power-level files and reflash the truck whenever you want to change levels.
TCM Transmission Tuning
Optional TCM tuning is available for supported:
2020–2025 Ford 6.7L Powerstroke trucks only.
TCM tuning is not currently offered for the 2026 application.

TCM availability depends on the truck’s year, transmission, module operating system and calibration support.
Available Specialty Tune Options
The following options may be available depending on the truck’s ECM operating system:
LBF
LBF may be available on most supported operating systems but is not guaranteed for every truck.
Hiss
Hiss-style idle or exhaust-sound calibration may be available on most supported operating systems.
Rumble
Rumble tuning may be available for compatible operating systems and vehicle configurations.
Limiter
Limiter-style tuning may be available for supported trucks.
Availability of LBF, Hiss, Rumble and Limiter files is confirmed only after the truck’s VIN and operating system have been reviewed. Some options may not be compatible with certain model years, software versions or truck configurations.
EZ LYNK Linking Process
Your EZ LYNK support package is pre-linked to the correct Sasquatch Diesels technician using the VIN provided with your order.
You do not need to manually enter or add a technician email address.
After connecting your AutoAgent and opening the EZ LYNK app, the correct technician invitation will appear for you to accept.
Make sure the VIN and EZ LYNK account email entered at checkout are accurate. Incorrect information may delay delivery of your tune files.
Flashing Requirements
Before flashing:

Connect a regulated battery charger to the truck

Confirm that both batteries are fully charged and in good condition

Keep your phone or tablet close to the EZ LYNK AutoAgent

Keep the EZ LYNK app open throughout the flash
-
Do not open doors, press the brake pedal or operate accessories

Do not unplug the AutoAgent
-
Follow every key-cycle instruction exactly
Low or unstable voltage may interrupt programming and cause communication, flash or module-recovery issues.
FORScan and Ford IDS Warning
Any previous changes made through FORScan, Ford IDS or another Ford programming platform should be returned to the original OEM values before flashing Sasquatch Diesels tuning.
Non-factory module settings may interfere with the calibration or cause warning messages, communication problems and unexpected vehicle operation.
Dealership Warning: Do Not Flash the Truck
When taking the truck to a Ford dealership or repair facility, clearly instruct the service advisor:
“DO NOT FLASH OR REPROGRAM THE TRUCK.”
A dealership software update may overwrite the custom calibration or install a software version that is not compatible with the existing tune files.
Additional charges may apply if new files or revisions are required because the truck was reprogrammed by a dealership or third party.

Off-Road Use Disclaimer
This product is intended exclusively for closed-course competition, sanctioned racing, agricultural use or off-road vehicles that are not registered or operated on public roads.
The purchaser is responsible for understanding and complying with all applicable federal, provincial, state and local laws. This product must not be installed or used where prohibited.

Shipping Costs
Our shipping rates apply to orders shipped within the United States and Canada.
Shipping Times
- Air Shipping: Orders placed with air shipping by 2:00 PM EST on a business day will ship the same day.
- Ground Shipping: Our goal is to process and ship within 24-48 hours during business days, unless your order contains custom tunes that are preloaded which may take an additional 1-3 business days to ship.
Shipping Delays
Please be aware that we are not responsible for shipping delays due to weather conditions, natural disasters, or any other events beyond our control. No refunds will be issued for delays caused by such events.
Special Shipping Information
- Alaska and Hawaii:
Orders shipping to Alaska and Hawaii must select 2nd Day Air. Overnight shipping may not be available for remote areas, and these locations may experience longer delivery times than stated. - Remote Areas:
Some remote areas in Canada and other regions may incur additional shipping costs. If additional fees apply, we will notify you, and your order will be shipped once the extra shipping cost is paid. - International Shipping:

All Full Exhausts, Pipes, and Air Intakes ship GROUND!
Returns Policy
- General Return Policy:
Due to the specialized nature of our products, we generally do not accept returns. Most items are VIN-specific or custom-built to order. - Defective Items:
We only accept exchanges for defective items. We recommend professional installation for these items. If a product is defective and cannot be exchanged or repaired, a refund of the original purchase price will be issued upon receipt of proof of malfunction or damage. - Return Exceptions:
In certain cases, we may make exceptions for returns. If your return request is approved, a 30% restocking fee will be applied. All items must be returned in their original packaging, and return shipping costs will not be refunded. - Cancellations:
All sales are final. If you cancel your order after it has been placed but before it has shipped, a 5% processing fee will apply. - Non-Returnable Items:
Certain items, such as hard parts (e.g., EGR kits, DPF pipes/exhaust, pyro kits, throttle valve kits, exhaust tips, and intakes), are not eligible for return unless an exception is made. If an exception is granted, a 30% restocking fee will be applied, along with the cost of return shipping.
