Build your 2022, 2023 or 2024 Ram 6.7L Cummins delete kit with custom tuning from Coopers Custom Solutions (CCS), an included EZ LYNK AutoAgent 3, and the flexibility to select the EGR, DPF and DEF delete components that suit your truck.

This Sasquatch Diesels package lets you keep your compatible factory ECM while accessing CCS engine tuning with available power levels from +30 HP to +150 HP. Supported pickup applications receive both single tune files and Switch-on-the-Fly tuning, with the CCV SOTF switch and required bypass cable included.

Custom Tuning by Coopers Custom Solutions

Get custom engine tuning developed by Coopers Custom Solutions, delivered through the EZ LYNK platform and supplied by Sasquatch Diesels.

CCS calibrations are matched to your supported truck configuration and disclosed modifications. Whether you want a lower-power calibration or a higher-output setup, this package gives you multiple tuning choices while retaining your factory engine computer.

Include your current modifications with your order so the correct tuning can be supplied for your engine, transmission and installed hardware.

No ECM Swap Required

Keep your truck’s compatible original ECM. This package allows supported 2022–2024 Ram 6.7L Cummins trucks to use CCS tuning without purchasing and installing a replacement engine computer.

A replacement 2019–2021 ECM is not required for this package.

Your VIN and the EC number from the ECM identification tag help us identify the correct application and supply compatible tuning. A clear photo of the ECM tag is helpful when ordering.

Available Power Levels: 30–150 HP

Available CCS power options include:

These figures describe approximate horsepower increases over stock. Actual output depends on the vehicle, installed modifications, fuel, operating conditions and calibration. Available files can vary by ECM software and truck configuration.

Single Tunes & Switch-on-the-Fly Tuning

For supported pickup applications, this package includes both single tune files and SOTF tuning files.

Single Tune Files

Load an individual calibration through EZ LYNK and operate the truck at that selected tuning level. Changing to another available single tune requires reflashing through the app during your active tuning-access period.

SOTF — Switch on the Fly

Use the included CCV SOTF switch with the matching CCS calibration to change between the available power levels programmed into the SOTF file, without reflashing the truck each time.

The switch and tuning file must match your application. Cab & chassis tuning options are supplied according to the supported vehicle configuration and may differ from pickup applications.

EGR kits, exhaust systems, DPF/DEF delete components and other upgrades are selected separately through the kit options. Your final package contents and price depend on the configuration you choose.

Customize Your DPF, DEF & EGR Delete Kit

Use the product options to build a package around your truck and the parts you need.

Available additions may include:

• EGR delete kits matched to your truck configuration.

• DPF/DEF delete pipes.

• Full exhaust systems, with available size and material options.

• Mufflers and exhaust tips.

• Cold-air intakes and other supporting upgrades.

Select the appropriate components for your pickup or cab & chassis application, then review your configured package before checkout.

Only the components selected with your order are included. A full exhaust system and a separate DPF delete pipe are alternative exhaust selections; choose the option that suits your setup.

68RFE & Aisin Transmission Tuning Available

Transmission tuning is available for supported 68RFE and Aisin-equipped trucks and can be selected to complement your CCS engine calibration.

Choose the transmission-tuning package that matches your truck when configuring your order. Transmission tuning is included when the corresponding package option is selected.

If your transmission has an upgraded valve body, torque converter or other modifications, include those details so the tuning can be matched to the installed components.

Choose Your Tuning Access

4-Week Access

A suitable choice for customers who want to select their preferred calibration and keep that setup.

This option provides four weeks of access to the supplied tuning files and applicable tuning support. Use that period to load your preferred calibration and address any tuning adjustments for your current configuration.

When the access period expires, the tune installed in the truck remains installed. Continued file access, future tune changes and additional revisions require an appropriate access upgrade.

Lifetime Access

Choose Lifetime for continued access to your truck’s supplied CCS tuning files and ongoing tuning support.

This option is suited to customers who want to revisit available calibrations, receive supported updates or request eligible revisions as their setup changes.

2. The EC number from the ECM identification tag, or a clear photo of the tag.

3. Your current modifications, including turbo, fuel-system and transmission changes.
