CCS Custom Tuning for the 2020–2026 Ford Super Duty

Upgrade the performance and drivability of your 2020–2026 Ford 6.7L Powerstroke with a Coopers Custom Solutions EZ LYNK Support Package.

These custom tune files are delivered through the EZ LYNK cloud platform, allowing your truck to be remotely linked, flashed, monitored and data logged without visiting a tuning shop. Multiple power levels are available to suit stock-power operation, towing, daily driving and competition applications.

Important: EZ LYNK AutoAgent Not Included

This listing is for the CCS tune files and support package only.

You must already own an active EZ LYNK AutoAgent that is compatible with your truck. An AutoAgent is not included with this product.

Please provide the following information at checkout:

• Complete 17-digit VIN

• Correct email address associated with your EZ LYNK account

• A complete list of engine, turbo, fuel system, intake and exhaust modifications

• Intended use of the truck

Vehicle Fitment

Fitment includes applicable Ford F-250, F-350 and F-450 Super Duty trucks equipped with the 6.7L Powerstroke diesel engine.

Available Power Levels

Level 1: 0 HP Modified Tune

Maintains stock-rated power while supporting the required modified exhaust configuration.

Recommended for customers who want:

• Stock-like power delivery

• Clean operation

• Minimal additional stress on factory components

• A conservative daily-driving calibration

Level 2: +50 HP Tow Tune

A responsive daily-driving and light-towing calibration with additional power over stock.

Benefits include:

• Improved throttle response

• Additional towing and passing power

• Stronger low- and mid-range performance

• Balanced power for regular street and work-truck operation

Always remain within the truck manufacturer’s published towing and payload limits.

Level 3: +80 HP Performance/Tow Tune

A stronger performance calibration that provides a noticeable increase in horsepower and torque while maintaining practical drivability.

Recommended for:

• Daily driving

• Moderate towing

• Work-truck use

• Customers wanting a stronger but manageable power increase

Level 4: +120 HP Performance Tune

A high-performance calibration designed for customers looking for substantially more power than the towing-oriented files provide.

Recommended for:

• Performance driving

• Modified trucks

• Experienced diesel owners

• Off-road or competition applications

Supporting modifications may be required depending on vehicle configuration and intended use.

Level 5: +125 HP Race Tune

The highest available power level, producing up to approximately:

• +125 horsepower over stock

• +250 lb-ft of torque over stock

This calibration is intended for maximum-performance off-road or competition use. It is not recommended for towing.

The additional power may exceed the long-term capabilities of factory engine, transmission and driveline components. The customer assumes responsibility for selecting and operating higher power levels.

CCS 4-Week Lynk Package

The 4-Week Lynk Package provides access to the compatible CCS tune files for your truck for four weeks after the vehicle is linked.

During this period, you can select and install your preferred tune file. When the four-week access period ends, the tune already installed in the truck will remain installed and operational.

After the four-week period:

• The installed tune remains in the truck

• Additional tune downloads and changes are no longer available

• Future tune revisions or software updates are not included

• Upgrading to Lifetime Lynk may be required for continued access

This option is best for customers who intend to install one tune and leave that calibration in the truck.

CCS Lifetime Lynk Package

The Lifetime Lynk Package provides ongoing access to compatible CCS tuning for the supported life of the vehicle and tuning platform.

Lifetime Lynk includes:

• Unlimited access to available tune files

• Unlimited reflashing between available power levels

• Basic tune revisions

• Future applicable calibration updates

• EZ LYNK data logging

• Cloud-based technician chat and support

• The ability to reload tuning when necessary

Lifetime Lynk is recommended for customers who want continued support, future updates or the ability to switch between available calibrations.

Installation Requirements

For proper operation:

• The EGR system must be fully removed

• The throttle valve must be fully removed

• The required exhaust modifications must be completed

• All installation instructions must be followed precisely

• The truck must have stable battery voltage during flashing

Connect a regulated battery charger to the truck before beginning any flash. Low or unstable voltage can interrupt the programming process and may create module communication or recovery issues.

FORScan and Ford IDS Warning

Any changes previously made through FORScan, Ford IDS or another Ford programming platform must be returned to the original OEM values before installing these tune files.

Non-factory module settings may interfere with the calibration, cause unexpected warning messages or prevent the truck from operating correctly after flashing.

TCM Tuning

Transmission tuning is currently available for this application.

This support package includes TCM tuning for no additional cost.

Lope and Smoke Tunes

CCS does not offer or support:

• Lope idle tunes

• Excessive-smoke tunes

• Custom files designed specifically to produce visible smoke

The available calibrations are designed around performance, drivability and proper vehicle operation.

Important Dealership Warning: Do Not Flash the Truck

When taking a tuned truck to a Ford dealership or repair facility, clearly instruct the service advisor:

“DO NOT FLASH OR REPROGRAM THE TRUCK.”

A dealership software update may overwrite the custom ECM calibration and return the module to a factory software version.

Lifetime EZ LYNK customers can generally reload compatible tuning through the EZ LYNK app. Customers with expired 4-Week access may need to purchase additional support or an upgrade before tuning can be restored.

Sasquatch Diesels is not responsible for tuning that is erased, overwritten or made incompatible by dealership programming, factory software updates or third-party module changes.

Digital Product Policy

This is a VIN-specific digital tuning product. Tune files cannot be transferred to another truck or VIN.

Once the vehicle has been linked or the tune files have been issued, the tuning package is non-returnable and non-refundable.
