This package combines your selected SCT X4, BDX or SCT Livewire TS+ programmer with professionally written custom tuning configured around your truck’s VIN, factory calibration, modifications and intended use.

Custom CCS or GDP Tuning

Custom tuning is available from GDP or Coopers Custom Solutions (CCS) where supported.

You may request your preferred tuner in the order notes. When no preference is provided, Sasquatch Diesels will supply the tuning option best suited to your truck’s:

• Model year and factory ECM strategy

• Pickup or cab-and-chassis configuration

• Turbocharger and fuel-system setup

• Intake and exhaust modifications

• Transmission configuration

• Requested power level and intended use

Final tuning-provider selection is subject to compatibility.

Select Your Tuning Device

SCT X4

The SCT X4 is a compact handheld programmer suitable for customers who primarily need a device to install custom tuning. It can also display supported engine data, record data logs and read or clear diagnostic trouble codes.

SCT or Bully Dog BDX

The BDX offers built-in Wi-Fi and cloud-based tune delivery on supported applications. It also provides vehicle monitoring, data logging and diagnostic-code functions through a compact handheld device.

SCT Livewire TS+

The Livewire TS+ combines tuning with a full-color touchscreen monitor. It is the preferred option for customers who want to keep the device mounted inside the truck to view supported engine and transmission parameters while driving.

Device availability and exact features may vary. The selected device will be configured for your truck before shipping whenever possible.

Available Tune Packages

Depending on the selected options and vehicle compatibility, packages may include:

• Single custom tune

• Multiple single-tune files

• Five-position Shift-on-the-Fly tuning

• Stock-power modified calibration

• Tow-oriented calibration

• Daily-driving calibration

• Performance calibration

• Custom tuning for supported turbo and fuel-system modifications

Exact horsepower levels vary by tuning provider, truck calibration and installed modifications. Higher-output tuning may require upgraded intake, turbocharger, fuel-system, transmission or driveline components.

Do not tow while using a high-performance or race calibration. Select a properly configured towing file and remain within Ford’s published towing and payload limits.

Shift-on-the-Fly Tuning

When available, SOTF tuning allows the driver to select between multiple calibrated power levels using an optional five-position switch.

Incomplete or inaccurate information can delay the order or result in a tune that does not match the truck.

Flashing Requirements

Always connect a stable battery charger before programming the truck. Low or unstable voltage can cause communication errors, an interrupted flash or a no-start condition.

While flashing:

• Keep the charger connected

• Turn off lights, HVAC and accessories

• Keep the tuner securely connected

• Do not open doors or press the brake pedal

• Do not unplug the tuner

• Follow every key-cycle instruction exactly

• Do not interrupt the programming process

The tuner flashes through the truck’s OBD-II diagnostic port.

Important Tuning Notice

Custom tuning is written specifically for the VIN and modifications supplied with the order. Tuning products are electronic, VIN-specific and non-returnable once created, installed, registered or associated with the vehicle.

Any future changes to the turbocharger, injectors, high-pressure fuel pump, intake, exhaust or transmission must be reported before continuing to use the existing tune.

Competition-Use Notice

This product is intended only for closed-course competition, off-road racing, export vehicles or other lawful exempt applications.

It is not intended for use on pollution-controlled vehicles operated on public roads where removing, bypassing or disabling emissions-control equipment is prohibited. The purchaser is responsible for confirming and complying with all applicable federal, state, provincial and local laws.
