SASQUATCH 2008–2010 FORD POWERSTROKE EXHAUST SYSTEMS ARE BUILT DIFFERENT
When you put an DPF Delete exhaust on a 2008–2010 6.4L Powerstroke, the two things that separate a “looks good online” kit from a “lasts for years” kit are tubing spec and hardware/weld quality. That’s where our premium stainless systems stand out.
Premium Stainless = heavier spec where it matters
A big reason our systems feel more solid—and hold up better long-term—is the tubing. We build to a 16-gauge wall thickness (about 1.5 mm / ~0.059"). A lot of budget systems are thinner-wall pipe with lighter hangers/flanges to hit a price point.
Here’s what that changes in the real world:

Durability for how Super Dutys actually get used
The 6.4L trucks see heat cycles, towing loads, winter roads, gravel, and vibration. Thicker 16-gauge is more resistant to:
- Dents from rocks, ice chunks, and road debris
- Deformation during install (less “tweak it to fit”)
- Stress fatigue around hangers and joints over time

Better fitment + less install frustration
Thicker tubing holds its shape and helps keep alignment consistent, which reduces the common issues you see on thin-wall kits:
- Hangers not lining up clean
- Tips sitting crooked
- Pipes sitting too close and rattling
- “Pre-load” stress from forcing sections into position (a big cause of cracking later)

Stronger weld zones and less warping
Welds are where a lot of systems fail first. More material gives better margin for:
- Consistent weld penetration (not just a “pretty weld”)
- Less heat distortion around junctions and flanges
On stainless systems, good welding practices also protect long-term durability at the welds.

Sealing you don’t have to babysit
A quality system isn’t just pipe—it’s sealing surfaces. Proper flanges stay flatter through repeated heat cycles, which means:
- Better gasket crush
- Fewer exhaust leaks
- Less re-tightening and “chasing leaks” later

Sound quality
Thicker-wall systems typically sound deeper and more solid, not tinny or “ringy,” because the tubing doesn’t resonate the same way thin-wall pipe does.
Bottom line: 16-gauge isn’t marketing fluff—it’s a real spec that improves durability, fitment, weld stability, sealing, and sound on a 2008–2010 Powerstroke.
Also available: Aluminized systems (great value option)
We also offer aluminized exhaust systems for customers who want a solid setup at a lower price point. They’re a good option, but to keep the cost down they’re sourced overseas and drop-shipped. Because of that, lead times and packaging can vary, and if you’re in heavy salt/winter conditions, the premium stainless is usually the better long-term play.

Shipping Costs
Our shipping rates apply to orders shipped within the United States and Canada.
Shipping Times
- Air Shipping: Orders placed with air shipping by 2:00 PM EST on a business day will ship the same day.
- Ground Shipping: Our goal is to process and ship within 24-48 hours during business days, unless your order contains custom tunes that are preloaded which may take an additional 1-3 business days to ship.
Shipping Delays
Please be aware that we are not responsible for shipping delays due to weather conditions, natural disasters, or any other events beyond our control. No refunds will be issued for delays caused by such events.
Special Shipping Information
- Alaska and Hawaii:
Orders shipping to Alaska and Hawaii must select 2nd Day Air. Overnight shipping may not be available for remote areas, and these locations may experience longer delivery times than stated. - Remote Areas:
Some remote areas in Canada and other regions may incur additional shipping costs. If additional fees apply, we will notify you, and your order will be shipped once the extra shipping cost is paid. - International Shipping:
For shipping outside the US and Canada, please contact us through our contact page for assistance. - Large Packages:
All Full Exhausts, Pipes, and Air Intakes ship GROUND!
Returns Policy
- General Return Policy:
Due to the specialized nature of our products, we generally do not accept returns. Most items are VIN-specific or custom-built to order. - Defective Items:
We only accept exchanges for defective items. We recommend professional installation for these items. If a product is defective and cannot be exchanged or repaired, a refund of the original purchase price will be issued upon receipt of proof of malfunction or damage. - Return Exceptions:
In certain cases, we may make exceptions for returns. If your return request is approved, a 30% restocking fee will be applied. All items must be returned in their original packaging, and return shipping costs will not be refunded. - Cancellations:
All sales are final. If you cancel your order after it has been placed but before it has shipped, a 5% processing fee will apply. - Non-Returnable Items:
Certain items, such as hard parts (e.g., EGR kits, DPF pipes/exhaust, pyro kits, throttle valve kits, exhaust tips, and intakes), are not eligible for return unless an exception is made. If an exception is granted, a 30% restocking fee will be applied, along with the cost of return shipping.
